The Congress will be held in the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan) on October 2-4, 2024. The theme of the congress is "Education in a Changing World: The Impact of Global Realities on the Development of Education in the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States". The goal of the congress is to develop cooperation between the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the development of modern education.

The Belarusian delegation consisting of 20 representatives of various educational institutions of the republic is headed by Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Kadlubay A.V.

Representatives of Belarus will be awarded the badges "Excellent Worker in Education of the Commonwealth of Independent States". The awardees are: Duk Denis Vladimirovich, Rector of the educational institution "Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University", Marshalak Anastasia Evgenievna, preschool teacher of the state educational institution "Sanatorium kindergarten of the city of Smorgon", Yakimenko Ivan Viktorovich, teacher of mathematics and computer science of the state educational institution "Loshnitskaya gymnasium of the Borisov district".

The III International Festival of Pedagogical Excellence will be held within the framework of the congress. The purpose of the Festival is to identify talented and successful teaching staff of the CIS member states, spread their work experience at the international level, and determine the values and priorities of education in a globalizing society.

The festival is held in two stages: correspondence and face-to-face. The correspondence stage took place from March to June 2024. Belarus was represented by 15 participants in 3 categories "Teacher", "Educator", "Psychologist/social educator".

The international jury, which included representatives of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, they checked the materials and determined the participants of the in-person stage of the Festival.
