Brest is hosting the 5th National Student Days event, titled "I Cherish Belarus: I Study Here, I Live Here" (also known as the "Youth Workshop").

Today, September 16, participants began the day by visiting the "Brest Hero-Fortress" memorial complex. The event featured the official opening ceremony, a flower-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame, and a tour of the Brest Fortress Museum.

Afterward, the participants headed to the A.S. Pushkin Brest State University, where thematic coworking sessions are scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM. Students will have the opportunity to take part in an immersive presentation titled "All-Belarusian 'Spiderweb'"—which includes the creation of an art installation—as well as a workshop led by the "Doctor Clown" volunteer team and an event management practical session titled "Unity in Action."

The "We Are Together!" photo contest also kicks off today.

In the evening, participants will enjoy a musical and entertainment program, the highlight of which will be the higher education institutions' presentation contest, "Our Strength Lies in Unity!"

The student days program will continue on September 17, National Unity Day. At 10:00 a.m., a rally and a flower-laying ceremony will take place at the obelisk dedicated to those who perished for the reunification of the Belarusian people.

Throughout the day, Sovetskaya Street will host the youth quest "The History of Unity," the poetry marathon "The Adventure of the Unknown: The Adventure of the Verse," a brass and pop orchestra concert "Rhythms of Festive Brest," and the festive concert "The Soul of the People in Song."
