December 4, and Palace of Culture of Work Unions hosts the finale of the Republican competition of young employees of enterprises, organizations and departments of the Republic of Belarus “SuperПРОФИ-2023”.

Among the honorable guests are the leaderships of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Belarussian Republican Youth Union, Belarusian Professional Union of Education and Science workers as well as representatives of different departments and organizations.

The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Education, the Republican Council of Working Youth under the Ministry of Education, the Republican Youth Center of the State Educational Institution "Republican Institute of Higher School", the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus together with regional executive committees (Minsk City Executive Committee), republican bodies for government control.

As the organizers note, it is important to create a positive image of a young worker in society, while it is necessary to organize favorable conditions for the self-realization of promising personnel and it is very important to form an active life position among young people.

Young specialists under 31 years old from Belarusian enterprises, organizations and institutions take part in the competition - the most enthusiastic and creative young people who have chosen a profession by vocation and have already achieved a lot.

Before the finale, the participants went through four stages: local, district, oblast and a republican.

Contenders for victory had to prepare a video about the activities and achievements of their enterprise, organization or institution; a performance on the topic “Why is my profession the best” and a creative performance in which they demonstrate their skills and talent in one of the types or genres of art: vocals, dance, artistic expression, original genre and playing musical instruments.

The jury members evaluate the quality and originality of the performance, the overall artistic (musical) level, and artistry.

In the final, the names of the winners in fourteen categories will be announced. These are: “Super PROFI of educational institutions”; “SuperPROFI in working with youth”; "SuperPROFI of an industrial enterprise"; "SuperPROFI construction organization"; “SuperPROFI of transport and communications enterprises”; “SuperPROFI of organization of housing and communal services”; “SuperPROFI of trade and catering enterprises”; “SuperPROFI of healthcare institutions”; “SuperPROFI of cultural institutions”; “SuperPROFI of institutions of social protection”; "SuperPROFI of Internal Affairs"; “SuperPROFI for combating emergency situations”; “SuperPROFI for ensuring military security” and "SuperPROFI of Agriculture".

The winners of the competition will receive diplomas and special gifts and souvenirs from the organizers of the competition.
