Minsk, 16 January. For 30 days Belarus was living in the mood of kindness, care and fest. 33 thousand events took place from 15 December to 14 January with more than 1 million 100 thousand kids in total attendance. Every child was given attention.

What was to enjoy?

-         New Year gifts and bright fests in every corner of the country;

-         Meetings with top officials of the state and leaders of ministries and departments;

-         Festive events in Palace of Independence and Palace of the Republic;

-         Traditional youth ball with 330 talented schoolchildren who are excellent students, Olympiad winners, young scientists, sportsmen and artists invited by the President;

-         The main New Year's party for 2,300 children from all over Belarus, where every child felt like a holiday hero.

Particular attention was given to those who are in greatest need of support: orphans, residents of boarding schools, children from foster families, and those who spent the holidays in hospitals. For them, New Year's became more than just a day on the calendar, but a true miracle – thanks to the caring people who responded to the call for help.

The campaign raised and donated approximately 10 million Belarusian rubles. These funds made it possible to provide gifts, educational materials, and necessary equipment to children, as well as provide support to institutions, which continues after the campaign's official conclusion.

A special highlight this year was the charity marathon, initiated by the Ministry of Education and the Belarusian Children's Fund. Its goal is the early diagnosis of hearing impairment in newborns. The funds raised will be used to purchase modern equipment for the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Otolaryngology, which will help preserve the health of Belarus's youngest citizens.

The "Our Children" campaign is a living manifestation of the unity, responsibility, and love of the entire society for the country's future. As the Head of State noted at the celebration at the Palace of the Republic on December 29, "If we are together, we can do anything. And most importantly, we can make every child happy."
