Please accept my sincere congratulations on the Victory Day!

May 9 is a sacred date for all generations of Belarusians. On this day, we bow our heads with deep respect to the bright memory of those who gave their lives for our Motherland. We pay tribute to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as to all who fought for the Great Victory: partisans, underground fighters, home front workers.

Our President rightly noted that the legacy of our ancestors and our own experience in establishing a sovereign Belarus is the foundation on which the continuity of generations and traditions are built, which we must pass on to our youth so that they also remember and honor their history. We are aware of our responsibility for the future of our native land. Each of us must protect the truth and memory of our tragic historical experience, so that no one ever forgets the sacrifices made for the sake of a peaceful and calm life in our Belarus.

On this sacred holiday, I sincerely wish everyone a peaceful sky and prosperity in our common home - our native Belarus! May peace and harmony live in our families, and the memory of those who gave their lives during the war years always be in our hearts.
