On July 17, the application period for state-financed places closed. Of the 33,100 applicants targeted for state-funded places, 52,700 submitted their documents. Previously, 5,600 students enrolled in targeted programs and 400 university Olympiad winners were admitted.

Following the application process, over 5,100 applicants are eligible for admission without entrance examinations (winners of international and national Olympiads, holders of gold (silver) school medals and honors college diplomas, graduates of the National Children's Technology Park, specialized classes, and others), while over 900 are eligible for admission without competition.

High competitions (more than five applicants per place) were in "Graphic Design and Multimedia Design," "Applied Physics," "Law," and other majors.

Applicants submitted documents with scores exceeding 390 in several majors, such as: Software Engineering, International Economics and Trade, International Relations, Economic Informatics, and Applied Physics.

Training specialists with higher education is in huge demand at regional universities. Of the 15,500 budget-funded places planned for admission, 20,700 applicants submitted their documents. The highest competition for places is at Polessky State University, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Vitebsk State University named after Peter Masherov, and Francysk Skoryna State University of Gomel.

The deadline for budget-funded applications for agricultural specializations and law enforcement universities is July 19.

Admission of first-year students in 2026 to budget-funded places will run through July 27. Admission information will be posted on university information resources and in applicants' personal accounts.

Admissions for fee-paying students will continue until August 1 (for agricultural universities, until August 2). The planned admissions for fee-paying applicants is 16,100 places.
