From July 13 to July 16, the city on the Dvina hosts the XXXII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". This year’s guests and artists, in addition to traditional participants, came from Australia and Africa.

Yesterday, Head of State Alexander Lukashenko solemnly opened the main musical event of the summer.
Today and tomorrow, as part of the official program of the festival, Youth Day events will be held under the motto #We are in the moment!

Seven youth clusters will be organized for the youth of the capital of the “Slavianski Bazaar” and guests of the International Arts Festival. Among them are corporate - #We are in a team, historical - #In the world and creation, open-air cluster - #In the moment, interactive - #In dialogue, creative - #In creativity, labor - #In creation, educational - #In development.

In the Year of Peace and Creation, Youth Day, on the initiative of the young people themselves, starts with the labor action #In Creation. Boys and girls, representatives of the regions and Minsk will take part in labor actions to improve the sights of the festival Vitebsk.

The first day will end with a youth party with a presentation of the Youth Day #In a team. Guests of the festival will be pleased with the creativity of popular Belarusian performers and bands, and the best DJs of Vitebsk will present the most incendiary musical numbers to the party participants.

July 15 will be the central day of the youth holiday with a very rich program. Thus, young people from all regions of Belarus will take part in the patriotic action #In Peace and Creation, which will traditionally be held on Victory Square in Vitebsk near the Memorial Complex “To the Liberators of Vitebsk - Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground workers”.

The leadership of the Ministry of Education, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, honored guests will take part in the flower-laying ceremony at the Memorial Complex.

During the discussion platform "#IN_DIALOGUE", the Minister of Education Andrey Ivanets, the Minister of Information Vladimir Pertsov, the State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Dmitry Mezentsev and the First Secretary Central Committee of "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" Alexander Lukyanov will meet with active, creative and positive guys - the activists of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the best students from all regions and the city of Minsk.

The culmination of two eventful thematic days of youth at the XXXII International Arts Festival will be a gala concert with a performance by the young generation of popular Belarusian pop stars, winners of the National Festival-Competition "Fire of Youth Talents" and the award ceremony for the winners of the competition. At the end of the event, all participants and guests will be treated to a festive fireworks.
