Prominent educator of Belarus, people’s teacher Alfred Ladyko whose career path is a representation of commitment to enlightment, has recently celebrated his 70th anniversary and received the deserved congratulations.

Education Minister Andrei Ivanets came in person to congratulate the jubilarian on his behalf and read the congratulatory address from Alexander Lukashenko. The president’s address focuses on the importance of Alfred Ladyko’s input into the development of the national education system.

“Your life path is unbreakably linked with the national education. Over the course of many years you teach and educate young people, train winners and prize winners of Olympiads. Many of your past students became true professionals of their business and work hard for the benefit of their country” – the address reads.

“Last year for education system was truly remarkable. It is then our President has decided to sign a decree on awarding Alfred Ladyko the highest professional award, the title “People’s teacher of Belarus”. Multiple warm congratulations from his colleagues, students and district’s chiefs show: our national teacher is jack-of-all-trades and it is highly regarded by anyone who knows Alfred and accompanies him in life. – Andrei Ivanets said in his speech.

Grateful students, respect from colleagues, and recognition from the state, this is the true reward of a teacher whose life is dedicated to knowledge, education, and the future of our country.

We congratulate Alfred Ladyko on his anniversary and wish him good health, boundless energy, inspiration, and continued success in his noble work!
