Graduates of 14 experimental classes of Belarusian schools will be able to take centralized testing in the subject "History of Belarus in the Context of World History" this year. This is provided for by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 41 of January 24, which was officially published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
"From 2025, graduates of 14 experimental classes of general secondary education institutions have the right to take centralized testing in "History of Belarus in the Context of World History". This provision has been supplemented with such an opportunity. From 2026, graduates of all schools in the country will have this right," said Natalya Zhitnikova, consultant of the Department of Higher Education of the Main Department of Professional Education of the Ministry of Education of Belarus.
The document also specifies the categories of applicants who are not charged a fee for admission and processing of documents for participation in centralized testing. "Namely, the term "transfer to the reserve" is excluded in connection with changes in the legal acts regulating the procedure for serving in paramilitary organizations," the representative of the Ministry of Education added.
