Tomorrow, September 7 at 11:00, the main popular science event of Belarus will take place in the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. 26 universities of our country will be represented at the site of the Ministry of Education. We also suggest visiting the stands of the National Children's Technopark and the Republican Youth Center. Belarusian young scientists will present their unique projects and developments.
During the festival, you can take part in more than 40 exciting master classes, learn what a magic garden and mushroom protein are, try your hand at foundry and ceramics, make keychains with laser engraving, participate in intellectual games and solving crimes, go on an exciting quest and win well-deserved prizes, communicate with representatives of leading universities from all over Belarus - discuss relevant specialties and new approaches to education.
Popular science lectures from young teachers of leading universities of our country will be held throughout the day. You are welcome to attend the thematic platform "University of the Future" to hear the lectures. For example, you will discover how cellular technologies are used and how to maintain health in the future.
The "University of the Future" platform consists of three thematic areas.
Area 1 - an exhibition of the most significant achievements of young scientists of higher education institutions, as well as projects of students and graduates of the National Children's Technopark.
Area 2 - an exhibition of new approaches to teaching students in universities, master classes, quizzes. They will be held by representatives of 23 higher education institutions, as well as the Republican Youth Center and enterprises of OJSC "Naftan", OJSC "BELAZ" (more than 76 master classes and quizzes).
Area 3 - popular science lectures. Young scientists of higher education institutions will read popular science lectures for visitors of the Festival, for example, on such topics as "Do-it-yourself robot", "Ceramic materials for replacing bone tissue defects".
Young scientists of higher education institutions will also take part in the exhibition-competition "100 innovations of young scientists".
