This project was initiated by the President sports club. It aims to attract as many kids, young people, working age and senior contestants to regular physical education and active rest as possible.

Everyone is welcome to participate: Belarusians, foreigners and persons without citizenship who live in Belarus on constant basis. They must have a permanent residence permit and a residence permit/biometric residence permit in order to enter.

Five age groups will compete to find the best in their group. These groups are: kids (born after 2015), teenagers (2007-2014); young people (1990-2006), adults (1965-1989), senior (prior to 1964).

In order to contest for a win, it is necessary to perform continuous passes of the ball alternately with both hands from above (upper pass) and with both hands from below (lower pass) from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then, you have to post just one video with that exercise on your Instagram account, subscribe to PSC account if you are not following it yet and in your post, please tag @sportclub.by and put the hashtag #суперлиберо2025. The deadline is April 30.

A winner in their respective age group is to receive an IPhone 16. The award ceremony will take place in May at the closing of the nationwide competitions of the Children's and Youth Volleyball League "Мяч над сеткой" (ball over the net) in Minsk.
