Entrance exams in colleges for full-time form of obtaining secondary specialized education on the basis of general basic education at the expense of the budget and on a paid education will be held from August 4 to 8. Entrance exams for full-time (daytime, evening), distance or correspondence forms of obtaining secondary specialized education on the basis of general secondary or vocational education at the expense of the budget and on a paid basis – take place from August 13 to 15.

Applicants with general basic background of knowledge will be enrolled in the full-time form of education on the budget education by August 10, those aiming for paid education - by August 16.

From July 20 to August 3, applicants entering after the 9th grade must submit documents to colleges for full-time education at the expense of the budget. For a paid form under the same conditions - from July 20 to August 14.

Applicants of full-time forms of education on a paid basis, who have a general basic education, entering specialties for which they have to pass an entrance test, must submit documents from July 20 to August 3.

Graduates of 11th grade or of vocational education institutions entering full-time (daytime, evening), distance or part-time forms of education at the expense of the budget must provide documents from July 20 to August 12, payers - from July 20 to August 20.

From July 20 to August 12, documents must be submitted for specialties with an entrance test for specialties in the areas of "agriculture", "veterinary medicine" in full-time (evening) or part-time education at the expense of the budget or on a paid basis - from October 15 to 30 November.

On a full-time (daytime, evening), distance or part-time form of education on the basis of general secondary or vocational education on the budget (with the exception of full-time (evening), correspondence forms of secondary specialized education in the specialties of the areas "agriculture", "veterinary medicine"), enrollment is until 16 August. For full-time (daytime, evening), distance or part-time forms of education on a paid basis on the basis of general secondary, vocational education (with the exception of full-time (evening), extramural forms of secondary specialized education in the specialties of the areas "agriculture", "veterinary medicine") until 21 August. Full-time (evening) and part-time forms of obtaining secondary specialized education on the budget and a paid department in the specialties of the areas "agriculture", "veterinary medicine" enrollment is until December 10.

Applicants with general basic education entering the full-time form of education will learn about additional enrollment for state-funded places that remain vacant after enrollment by August 11.

Applicants with general secondary or vocational education, entering full-time (daytime, evening), distance and part-time forms of education (with the exception of full-time (evening), part-time forms of secondary specialized education in the specialties of the areas "agriculture", "veterinary medicine"), will learn about vacancies until August 17.

In turn, additional enrollment for full-time (evening), part-time forms of obtaining secondary specialized education in the specialties of the areas of "agriculture", "veterinary medicine" will be announced by December 11.

The document also defines the terms of the entrance campaign to colleges for foreigners and stateless persons.

The Decree enters into force after its official publication.
