Systematic work on military-patriotic education of youth done at the state level in Belarus
Military Unit # 3310 in Okolitsa hosted a solemn opening of the first military field gatherings with members of the military-patriotic clubs of the internal troop system as participants.

One hundred seventy participants representing 17 clubs (10 person each club), those, who achieved best results and high motivation by their discipline, hard work and attitude towards studies, will have no less than 7 days of competitions and live in tents.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Commander of the Internal Troops Nikolai Karpenkov, Minister of Education Andrey Ivanets and Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Region Executive Committee Ivan Markevich.

Minister of Education Andrei Ivanets says that military-patriotic clubs proved themselves effective form of upbringing.
Belarus has a systematic work on military-patriotic upbringing in progress and this system is on a state level.

Pre-conscription training centers for more than 400 search teams are now open. Museum pedagogy plays an important role, and in recent years, a network of military-patriotic clubs has been developed at military units.

“After small period there is a solid result. Students have opportunity to study the program on the basics of pre-conscription training.” - Andrei Ivanets said, adding that participation in military-patriotic clubs opens up new opportunities for students.

According to Nikolai Karpenkov, Deputy Minister of the Interior - Commander of the Internal Troops, such field training will become traditional: "This is not just another form of training, but the logical conclusion of the training program, a kind of exam and a certain result of everything that the guys studied during the year."

Addressing the greetings to the participants of the first military training camp, the guests of honor stated that there are good young people in Belarus who will be a worthy replacement.
The military field training program includes a paramilitary relay race, a power competition (based on the GTO standards), shooting from pneumatic weapons, "Zarnitsa", which will be held in the form of a quest. Young defenders of the Fatherland will try to complete the task in the rear of a mock enemy.
The teams will also demonstrate their creative approach in the “Vizitka” contest, fight in hand-to-hand combat and show their general knowledge in an educational quiz.

The guys will meet with the artists who have prepared a concert program for them, as well as a pioneer bonfire. During the tough-seven days, the pupils will visit the National Library and the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War.
On July 3, the main holiday of the country, students of military-patriotic clubs will take part in a commemorative event at the Memorial Complex "Mound of Glory".

On the last day, the closing of the military field training session will take place with the participation of the founder of the charitable foundation, Paralympic athlete Alexei Talai.
It is worth saying that the impetus for military-patriotic education was given by the decree of the President on the development of military-patriotic clubs, which was signed just over a year ago. He allowed the military, internal troops to work directly with teenagers. Currently, there are 18 military-patriotic clubs in all military compounds and units of the internal troops with about 2 thousand young men and women studying there.
