Brand new season of the Republican information and educational campaign "Step to success" starts today. Last year this campaign received a wide recognition among children and adolescents during the summer holidays. The campaign aims to motivate young people who have a rest in children's health camps.

The youth themselves put forward the idea of inviting opinion leaders to such meetings. So, last summer, the project was attended by: the Minister of Education Andrey Ivanets came to Zubrenok, the Belarussy art group to Gorizont, artists of the Belarusian group “Aura” Yulia Bykova and Yevgeny Oleinik visited the children's health camp Volna ”, and a public figure, Paralympian, swimming record holder Alexei Talai – went to the children's health camp "Na Rosstanyah".

This summer season, a massive outreach campaign will visit over 140 health camps. More than a hundred speakers will visit them. These are well-known journalists, sportsmen, bloggers, scientists and military men, popular artists, masters of culture and arts, leaders of the flagships of the Belarusian industry and other successful people who have made a significant contribution to the development of Belarus, and their active life position serves as an example for others.

The meetings will consist of two blocks: the conversation itself with the kids, and after that - interactive, informal communication. For example, children will test for themselves how to become the best scientist, sportsman. Artists will perform compositions or dance, scientists will demonstrate their skills and experiments, athletes will train.

In an informal atmosphere, the stars will hold motivational conversations with the kids, talk about their life path and the secrets of success, take part in exciting activities and present gifts and souvenirs for the most motivated ones.

Each participant of the campaign will be able to ask his question to the speaker. These motivational talks try to popularize the achievements of our country and instill a sense of pride in Belarus.

The key message is that the guys understand that in order to achieve success, you need to constantly put efforts and work hard.

The meeting programs also provide for joint viewing of thematic videos, reading books, studying the things that are the pride of the invitees, including medals and cups.

According to a public figure, Paralympic athlete, swimming record holder Alexei Talai, public opinion leaders, athletes and other citizens who have glorified themselves and the country should communicate with children and youth and bring some important thoughts to them.

Alexei Talai believes that: “The path to success, moments of overcoming - all this the kids will need in the future. Soon they will have to take the reins of government of our Fatherland into their own hands, and we must prepare them, as did my coach, my father, my grandfather, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, and other important people in my life once prepared me. Thanks to this project, we have this opportunity to convey to these young souls and hearts important thoughts that today everything depends only on you. Both at school and at the university, you must show your skills, abilities, achieve, aim for greater targets and, as it is fashionable to say today, find the best way”.

The organizers of the campaign are the Ministry of Education jointly with the National Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Sports, as well as the two largest youth associations in the country - the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization.
