Summer holidays is the time for sun, sports, fun and important talks about future. During the information and education event “Step to success” teenagers resting in kid’s recreation camps gain opportunity to chat with people who reached certain heights in their career and life.

The event aims to help youngsters choose their professional path, instill patriotism and show real development prospects here in Belarus.

Each meet up is a live dialogue. Round tables, sitting at fire, talk-shows, QA all that makes the environment of trust and involvement. Teens ask questions, share their dreams and learn the path to success from those who managed it.

Discussion topics cover the most important:

-         Jobs in demand tomorrow;

-         How to make a career and start working in one’s teens;

-         Personal success and ways to achieve it;

-         Staying healthy and input into ecology,

-         How young people could influence the future of the country?

Government authorities, representatives of science, culture, business and media spheres attend meet ups. Their experience navigates young generation.

All activities receive wide media coverage. There are dozens video reports, interviews, photo and video materials available on media outlets and official webpages of camps. Parents, teachers and society can join the dialogue.

Step to success is a step towards conscientious and sure future and not only a series of meet ups.

Teenagers learn to believe in themselves through personal stories as well as see opportunities in their native country and understand that success is not random but result of work, purposefulness and love to motherland.
