Minsk’ Central Botanical Garden will host Science fest 6 September. Education Ministry is participating and will present its large-scale platform – “University of the Future”. This year’s participants are more than 35 Belarusian Universities, National youth center and National Children’s Tech-park.
Guests can expect a diverse program in five interactive areas:
*Technologies of tomorrow
Innovations by Belarusian Universities: aero-cosmic laboratory (BSU), an app for farmers AgroFarm LPS (Academy of Veterinary Medicine), Matulya digital diary for kids (University of Economix) and robotized systems by BNTU.
* Laboratory of the Future
More than 90 master classes: drone control, VR tours, dog training, Chinese calligraphy, oil painting and other exciting activities.
* Scientific Universe
Spectacular shows and experiments such as: "Amazing Biology", demonstration of volcanism, chemical quest "ELEMENTARNO" and show with electricity.
* Scientific lounge
Short lectures by leading scientists on current topics: cognitive economics, bioinformatics, space debris, drug development and screenless programming.
* Open-air cinema
Popular science films in the picturesque atmosphere of a botanical garden.
Additionally: interactive quests, win-win lotteries, prize draws, shows of life-size puppets and photo zones.
The Science Festival is a chance to touch the future, get inspired by innovations and learn how the world of science and technology works today.
