Republican showcase “Master of the Year-2024” kicked-off
The final stage of the republican showcase of professional achievements among masters of industrial training "Master of the Year-2024" began yesterday, August 1.
The focus is on raising the social status and increasing the creative potential of masters of industrial training of vocational education institutions, stimulating their professional and personal growth, promoting and spreading advanced pedagogical experience.
The winners of the second stage of Belarusian oblasts and the city of Minsk now participate in the final stage of the republican showcase "Master of the Year-2024".
Brest oblast is represented by master of industrial training of the Kobrin State Polytechnical College in "Art and Design Work Performer" Alla Prokurat.
In turn, master of industrial training of the Vitebsk State Industrial and Technological College in "Seamstress" Ekaterina Korchevskaya represents the Vitebsk oblast.
Vyacheslav Yanov, a master of industrial training in "Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment" at the Gomel State College of Electronics and Information Technology, is no doubt a strong contender from the Gomel oblast.
Mikhail Ovseychik, a master of industrial training in "Automobile repair mechanic" from the Grodno State Electrical Engineering College named after Ivan Schastny, is representing the Grodno oblast.
Alexander Volchkov, a master of industrial training in "Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment" from the Mogilev State Electrical Engineering College is representing the Minsk oblast.
Minsk oblast is represented by Ekaterina Volkova, a master of industrial training in "Hairdresser", is competing for the title of the best from the capital.
Minsk is represented by Pavel Maksimov, a master of industrial training in "Cook" from the Minsk State College of Culinary Arts.
The final stage of the republican showcase will last until September 27. It has 4 modules that will allow participants to demonstrate their professional, creative and personal skills.
Thus, the module "I am a master" involves the industrial training master presenting a creative business card with a brief and original introduction of himself as a professional and as an individual.
The module called "Pedagogical Mastery" is a showcase of professional skills of the industrial training master in the field of designing, conducting and analyzing a lesson on the subject "Industrial Training" as the main form of organizing the educational process.
The third module "Master Class" involves completing a practical task in accordance with the objects and types of professional activity, professional competencies of the industrial training master.
The last module is called "Profession - a new format". Participants will be asked to present a career guidance creative program that reveals the modern image of the profession, its advantages and demand in the labor market, as well as the prospects for the professional development of future workers, employees, specialists, interaction with organizations that order personnel.
