The results of the first centralized exam will be recalculated according to the new method. The results will be available today.

"At present, the interdepartmental commission has completed its work, which checked the correctness of calculating the results of the first centralized exam. The results of the check showed that there were no errors, including in the methodology for calculating test scores. At the same time, according to the number of applications that we received from citizens, it became obvious that the method is too complicated. Therefore, the President of our country, Alexander Lukashenko, gave a specific instruction - to simplify the calculation methodology and make it understandable for every person. The Ministry of Education did the job and developed a new method using approaches that have been during the trial testing. "The results of the first centralized exam will be recalculated and posted today on the RIKC website, as well as in the personal accounts of applicants. The results of the second CE will also be calculated using the same methodology, the results will be ready by Monday," Andrey Ivanets said.

He noted that together with the results of the centralized exam, both the first and the second, tables for converting primary scores into test ones will be published, according to which each applicant and each graduate will be able to double-check the correctness of calculating their results.

"All applicants who are preparing to participate in centralized testing should also understand that the conditions for conducting both the CE and the CT will be absolutely identical. This concerns both the complexity of the test tasks, which are fully consistent with the school curriculum, and the calculation of test scores. This is very important , because we must create equal, understandable, fair conditions both for all graduates of this year and for graduates of previous years, who this year will have the opportunity to pass three centralized tests for admission to our universities," the head of the educational department concluded.

In addition, the Ministry of Education will continue to receive citizens and, if questions arise, will clarify, undoubtedly.
