It's crucial for them to make a conscious choice of their future career. One has to understand: who you want to be? how you'll be useful to your family and the state as a specialist and where to study? The exhibition will help answer those questions," emphasized Alexander Bakhanovich.
He noted the significant strengthening of the so called "university-college-company" trinity, which contributes to improving the quality of training specialists for the country's economy. New competency centers, student design bureaus, and training laboratories were inaugurated at educational institutions, and the scope of practical training at leading companies was expanded. The implementation of the "Intellectual Belarus" state program and the concept for the development of engineering education sets ambitious targets for 2026.
"The exhibition presents the full spectrum of professional education in Belarus. Its special role is in uniting the efforts of educational institutions and employers in training highly qualified personnel. I am confident that this potential will continue to contribute to the development, creativity, and prosperity of our Belarus," concluded A. Bakhanovich.
The exhibition will last four days and will become an important platform for young people's professional self-determination and strengthening ties between the education system and the real sector of the economy.
