For certain military specialties, the acceptance of documents for the SFE will take place from July 12 to 19, entrance examinations will take place on July 20-21, and enrollment will take place on July 22. In an interview with BELTA, Education Minister Andrei Ivanets noted that universities demand applicants for engineering, pedagogical and medical specialties. “We are waiting for medalists and college graduates with honors. This year we have expanded the admission options for them. Applicants can find a no-exam land at almost all specialties at regional universities, except for medical ones, specialties in international relations, international law, jurisprudence, economic law, public administration and law, oriental studies, as well as specialties, the core test disciplines of which are creativity, physical education and sports. They will also be able to enter the capital’s universities without exams for the specialties most in demand in the economy, the list of which has also been significantly expanded this year,” he added.
There are 69 specialties on this list. These are engineering, pedagogical and agricultural specialties, the graduates of which are now necessary for the development of the socio-economic sphere of our country.
More detailed information about acceptance of documents is posted on the websites of universities. On the websites, applicants will be able to monitor the competitive situation. Data on document submission will be updated daily every three hours - at 12.00, 15.00 and 18.00. On the last day for accepting documents - at 10.00, 12.00, 15.00 and 17.00.
The head of the main department of vocational education of the Ministry of Education Sergei Pishchov emphasizes: “A very important week is coming. Admissions committees will work seven days a week from July 12 to July 17, that is, both Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, applicants need to once again check their documents for application to the chosen specialty. The opening hours of admissions committees are from 9.00 to 18.00. There are many opportunities, all conditions for admission have been created, admissions committees are ready to fully accept applicants, who can only wish good luck in choosing a profession.”
At the moment, the winners of university Olympiads have already been enrolled. On July 12, enrollment of target students will end at universities across the country.
