The 13th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2023 started today at IEC Ekaterinburg-EXPO. This year the partner country is the Republic of Belarus.

The exhibition will take place in Yekaterinburg from 10 to 13 July. The main theme of the large-scale event is “Sustainable Production: Renewal Strategies”.

The industrial exhibition is aimed at establishing practical interaction between the participants, it is an effective tool for demonstrating its scientific and technical potential and the possibility of entering new markets.

The exposition of the Republic of Belarus at the international industrial exhibition is more than 3 thousand square meters. It presents 125 enterprises and industrial holdings of the union country.

The collective section of scientific and technical developments of the national exposition at the Innoprom exhibition is demonstrated by 28 Belarusian organizations. The area of the collective section is 80 squares.

16 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, ten institutions of the Ministry of Education, including the developments of Unitekhprom BSU and the Scientific and Technological Park of the BNTU Polytechnic, as well as two residents of the High Technology Park - LLC Igry Razuma Soft and CJSC “Mezhdunarodny delovoi alians”, will present their developments.

Among the key areas in the development of domestic science are 122 developments, such as: industry, instrumentation, IT technologies and microelectronics, healthcare, electric direction, geoinformation, aerospace technologies, agro-industrial complex, construction. By the way, five of them from the field of IT technologies will be shown at the exhibition for the first time.

According to Tatyana Stolyarova, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology, these are the newest and most relevant developments, in which there is already interest in the Russian Federation: “All developments that will be in the collective section of scientific and technical developments of the national exposition meet such requirements as export orientation and import substitution. They are effective for implementation, and also promising for concluding contracts during the planned event.”

Thus, BSUIR will present a line of ultrasonic devices that are manufactured at its own production base. This year, one of the cavitometers developed by BSUIR won in the nomination "Best Innovative Project in the Field of Instrumentation" of the competition "Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Development of the Year" (HI-TESN'2023).

In turn, the Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering will show components for electric vehicles. It is noted that the proposed developments are unique for the EAEU countries in terms of the achieved functionality and cost of the final product in terms of mass production.

The Physico-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will present technologies and equipment for material processing - cementing, nitriding and thermal hardening. In addition, they will demonstrate the field of microelectronics, in particular, microelectromechanical systems. Optics, optoelectronics and laser technology will also be widely represented.

Unmanned vehicles are about to be presented by Belarusian scientists as well. Thus, the Research and Production Center for Multifunctional Unmanned Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and CJSC Aviation Technologies and Complexes produce a manned gyroplane, agricultural drones and other vehicles of various ranges and payloads. We began to manufacture these devices in our country not so long ago, but the products are already in high demand.

At the exhibition, visitors will also see developments in the field of artificial intelligence, IT technologies and technologies for space exploration.
