Minsk, October 24. The conference takes place in the CIS Executive Committee. Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Kadlybai took on the floor for opening speech.
“Everyone is concerned with the topic chosen because the state at its certain point of development understands that human source is the key, and no society can develop without that master key. Belarus is a worthy initiator of the conference because we have passed certain stages of evolution since gaining our sovereignty” said Alexander Kadlubai.
He further noted that there is a solid system perfectly functioning in our country, starting from inspection of attestation control of schoolchildren, college and university students and ending with control over everything regulated in the regulatory and legal acts. “I am sure our colleagues will share their interesting experience and tell how these processes were organized in their countries as well as about what new challenges does the issues of globalization and digitalization pose to us because it is related to education quality and we cannot negate it. Society is in non-stop development and its development includes issues of digitalization, AI, and new generation of students. All that are challenges and we must prepare new breed of teachers to face them.” noted Alexander Kadlubai.
According to him, colleagues from the CIS are interested in the Belarusian system of monitoring students' knowledge. "In particular, our National Study of Students' Competencies - NIKO. At the CIS Teachers' Congress, we proposed scaling this experience on the CIS platform, and colleagues supported our proposal," the Deputy Minister of Education informed.
