78 years since the war ended but the Victory Day over fascism was and remains the most important holiday in our country.

Those terrible military years are fading into the past but the people’s greatest achievement in the Great Patriotic war never fades in our memory. Today it is important for new generations not to forger the war’s lessons. They shall respect the values of peace, protection of Fatherland, and love for homeland as equally as those who survived during the wartime. That is why the issues of historical truth and patriotic upbringing remain the most important for the education system.

This bright day I wish you, your family and close relatives good health, happiness and prosperity! Peace, kindness and recreation for the benefit of the Republic of Belarus!
