Dear colleagues! Dear friends!
Please accept my sincere congratulations on this holiday – Victory Day!
9 May is the day of holy memory that unites Belarusian generations in profound gratitude to those who defended our right to live under peaceful skies. We bow our heads in memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War: frontline soldiers, partisans, underground resistance fighters, and home front workers. Their courage, fortitude, and dedication are forever etched in the history of our country.
As the Head of State emphasizes, it is the memory of the people's heroism and the experience of building a sovereign Belarus that provide a reliable foundation for the continuity of generations. Our shared responsibility is to carefully preserve the historical truth, resist attempts to distort it, and pass on living lessons of courage to the younger generation. Only in this way can we instill in our youth a love for the Motherland, respect for its past, and a willingness to defend a peaceful future.
On this bright and touching day, I wish you and your loved ones good health, warmth, and cloudless skies. May harmony and prosperity always reign in our homes, and may the memory of those who gave us this holiday remain alive in every heart.
Sincerely. Education Minister A.I. Ivanets
