Dear friends!
With all my heart I extend Knowledge Day greetings to you! It is a holiday that inspires and opens new opportunities!
1 September is always special and full of first-grader’s worries, parent’s smiles and good wishes. Someone begins it with their first bell, someone with first steps into colleges and universities. However, to all of us it remains a symbol of strive to knowledge, dreams and discoveries.
As our President righteously noted: One need to learn today in order to surely build one’s career.
One million pupils will be attending schools this academic year and among them are 90 thousand first-graders making their first step. Today renewed learning establishments will open their doors and a new stage in the lives of pupils and students commences.
Our country does everything possible for education to be qualitative, modern and accessible and for every kid to feel support, for every teacher to feel recognition and respect and for family to feel hope and pride for their kids.
Let this year be full of joy of learning, trust between students and teachers, warm family moments and believe in your personal strength.
I wish students curiosity, insistency and courage when aiming at their targets.
I wish teachers patience, inspiration and noble hearts.
I wish parents be calm, feel proud and joy for their beloved children.
Wish you happiness, strong health and success on your way to new knowledge and achievements!
Sincerely, Education Minister Andrei Ivanets
