Today, for the 20th time in Minsk, on the grounds of the administrative complex at 14, Pobediteley Ave., within the framework of the Year of Peace and Creation, a republican exhibition of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experience and creativity of young students began its work.

The modern education system faces priority tasks - to provide high-quality knowledge, to educate the young generation to be hardworking, cultured, healthy and moral, to instill love for the native land, respect for the spiritual values of our people and the desire to become true professionals in their field.

This republican exhibition is precisely the platform for the embodiment of bright ideas, generalization and dissemination of effective pedagogical experience, the introduction of innovative forms of work, the search for new solutions for the formation of civic responsibility and patriotism in children and youth.

The exhibition presents more than 4 thousand scientific and methodological materials, methodological developments, projects and presentations. In addition, institutions of all levels of education present their materials. More than 300 materials will be submitted from institutions of general secondary education alone.

Opening the thematic event, Minister of Education Andrey Ivanets noted: “The work experience presented at the exhibition, professional communication encourage teachers to look for innovative, creative forms of work, widely apply them in practice, which ultimately contributes not only to the growth of pedagogical skills, but also to improving the quality of education . The expositions vividly demonstrate the results of the activities of teaching staff, provide an opportunity to analyze and evaluate the state of their work, identify problems and outline solutions.”

The Ministry of Education has been holding similar exhibitions since 1998. Their topics are always determined on the basis of topical issues of education.

A feature of the anniversary exhibition is the active participation of young students in it. According to the head of the department, this will once again demonstrate not only the high creative potential of purposeful young people, but also the fact that domestic education is primarily aimed at the development, creation, peace and prosperity of our Fatherland.

For 3 days, the exposition will include seminars, conferences, master classes, works of technical creativity, thematic galleries, poster presentations and much more.

The exhibition will be attended by such institutions as the Republican Institute of Higher Education, the Republican Institute of Vocational Education, the Academy of Postgraduate Education, the National Institute of Education, the National Center for Artistic Creativity of Children and Youth etc.

The event is held within the framework of thematic days: the Day of Military-Patriotic Education and Regional Initiatives, the Day of Innovations, the Days of Creativity and Sports will be held in the open area.

So, at the exhibition stand of the National Institute of Education, educational publications, methodological materials, printed publications on the main components of education will be presented: ideological, civic and patriotic education; spiritual and moral education; family education, economic, labor and professional education; environmental education; education of a culture of safe life and a healthy lifestyle, etc. The materials will be presented in such a way as to show the consistency and continuity of education in educational and extracurricular activities

The Academy of Postgraduate Education presents the Republican Resource Center for the Spiritual, Moral and Patriotic Education of Students, which is the coordinator of activities in the republic in this area of educational work, as well as the work of regional resource centers.

The National Center for Artistic Creativity of Children and Youth will hold an interactive cultural and educational quest "Treasures of the country" as part of the presentation of the project of the Republican Internet quests "Mastatstva padarozhnichats". Many will pay attention to virtual master classes by teachers of additional education system for children and youth.

The National Children's Technopark organizes the work of interactive platforms in modern areas of technical creativity: robotics, CAD engineering design, unmanned aerial vehicles, graphic design. Also, the Children's Technopark will present an interactive platform "Nuclear technologies - technologies that change the world."

A career guidance coaching center #ПрофиБудуЯ will be organized at the exhibition. The task of the point is career guidance testing using modern computer technologies.

Also, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the exhibition of methodological literature of current pedagogical experience in the field of additional education of children and youth of a technical profile, additional education of gifted children and youth and an exhibition of creative works of students of educational institutions of the republic.

As part of the program of events of the exhibition, the International Scientific and Methodological Summit of Experts “Modern Paradigms of Additional Education for Children and Youth: Dialectics of Development” is also planned. The concept of the event involves the participation of leading experts of the Russian Federation in the field of additional education for children, as well as representatives of institutions that are members of the Eurasian Association of Additional Education for Children.

Holding an international summit of experts will be an important step towards the integration of the systems of additional education in Belarus and Russia, the development of effective strategies in developing the quality of additional education for children and youth.
