E-queue to Belarusian universities: step by step instruction for applicants

The "E-Queue for Submitting Documents to Admission to Higher Education Institutions" system is designed to facilitate pre-registration and reservation of appointments for applicants to admissions committees during the application period for general and specialized higher education at Belarusian higher education institutions.

The system is designed to create a more convenient environment for applicants when submitting documents to higher education institutions and to reduce the risk of queues during both the first and last days of admissions committee work during the application period.

Information about the System is available on the website of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control and in the personal accounts of centralized examination and testing participants.

In their personal accounts, centralized examination and testing participants have the following options:

‒ Reserve a date and time for submitting documents to the admissions committee of a higher education institution;

‒ View their centralized examination and/or centralized testing results;

‒ View the completion of all assignments in the examination (test) paper (correct, partially correct, or incorrect);

‒ View a scanned copy of the answer sheet;

‒ View the E-certificate of the Centralized Examination and/or the E-certificate of the Centralized Testing.

The E-certificate is available to applicants who have registered through the System for an appointment with the Admissions Committee of their chosen educational institution.

Advantages of the E-certificate: it is available to the participant at any time through their personal account; it does not require personal receipt or storage in paper form; it eliminates the risk of loss, damage, or forgery.

All applicants who participated in the Centralized Examination and/or Centralized Testing in 2025-2026 can use the System (due to the fact that the Centralized Examination certificates and Centralized Testing certificates are valid until the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the Centralized Examination and Centralized Testing were conducted).

Individuals who did not participate in the Centralized Examination and/or Centralized Testing in 2025-2026 will not be able to use the System.

Applicants will be able to book a date and time for a visit to the Admissions Office of their chosen university 24/7 from their personal accounts.

Applicants will be able to select, in order of priority, any three university-faculty-major combinations (taking into account the mode of study) to which they plan to submit their documents.

The System will issue a voucher indicating the date and time for a visit to the Admissions Office of the university for the first university-faculty-major combination listed by the applicant in their priority list.

After selecting the university, faculty, major, and mode of study, applicants will be able to select a specific date and time for a visit to the Admissions Office. For each specific date (taking into account the application deadlines for the specific university, major, and mode of study), applicants will be able to select a time from among the available slots at the respective institution's application offices.

After confirming their selection, applicants will receive an SMS message on their mobile phone with information about the location, date, and time of their booked appointment. Applicants can always download a valid voucher in PDF format from their personal account.

Applicants can cancel their reservation within the established application deadlines at the HEI, prior to the expiration of their reserved date and time for their appointment with the HEI Admissions Office. After canceling their reservation, they can rebook their appointment at a different HEI and/or specify different majors and/or a different date and time for their appointment with the Admissions Office.

Applicants will not be able to rebook their HEI, date, and time for their appointment with the Admissions Office if their previous reservation is still valid. After the expiration of the reservation date and time, applicants who have not submitted their documents will be able to rebook within the HEI application deadlines.

Applicants who do not wish to or, for some reason, cannot use the System will have the opportunity, as before, to submit documents to the HEI on a first-come, first-served basis.
