These days, the XII Moscow Urban Forum is taking place in the capital of the Russian Federation. Forum events are hosted by four venues: Zaryadye Park, the Luzhniki Olympic Complex, the Manege Central Exhibition Hall and the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Center.

On August 17-19, Gostiny Dvor hosts one of the most significant events of the Moscow Urban Forum - the All-Russian Forum of Secondary Vocational Education. The forum program includes panel discussions, case sessions and lectures with the participation of international, federal and regional experts, representatives of government and business. The forum participants explore the impact of secondary vocational education on the development of the country's economy, discuss employers' requests for young college graduates, and consider vectors for training professionals in modern reality.

The events of the All-Russian Forum of Secondary Vocational Education are attended by a delegation of the educational institution "Republican Institute of Vocational Education" (UO RIPO) consisting of the rector of the EI RIPO V.N. Butrim, head of the center for scientific and methodological support of vocational education of the EI RIPO N.I. Golubovskaya.

On August 17, the first event of the All-Russian Forum of Secondary Vocational Education was the plenary session “Contribution of Secondary Vocational Education to the Technological Sovereignty of the Country” chaired by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation S.S. Kravtsov. At the plenary session, new challenges were considered in the context of import substitution and the establishment of domestic production, which makes the training of highly qualified professionals the core in the formation of the country's human resources potential. It was noted that vocational education has become an integral element in achieving the strategic goals to form a stable economy of the country and ensure technological sovereignty.

Also on August 17-18, within the framework of the forum, panel discussions are held on various aspects of the vocational education system, each of which is attended by representatives of the RIPO delegation, including as speakers.

Rector of the EI RIPO V.N. Golubovsky acted as one of the speakers of the panel discussion on the topic "International cooperation in the field of secondary vocational education as a response to the globalization of the economy."

At this panel discussion, the participants considered the issues of the effectiveness of exchange programs for the best Russian and foreign practices in the field of vocational education, they discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation with foreign vocational education systems and identified modern geopolitical changes, new priorities and vectors of international cooperation.

The speakers discussed options for reducing the distance between enterprises in the real sector of the economy and the education system, including people with disabilities in the vocational education system, as well as creating conditions and a motivation system that would increase the importance and prestige of working professions.

N.I. Golubovskaya, Head of the Center for Scientific and Methodological Support of Vocational Education of the EI RIPO, acted as one of the speakers of the panel discussion on the topic “Good College: Accessibility of Vocational Education through Digital Solutions”. The participants in the discussion considered the issues of teaching students with disabilities in vocational education institutions. The issues of changing the image of a modern college with the use of digital services were discussed, which makes it possible to make spaces universal and accessible to everyone, as well as modern technologies in solving the issues of accessibility of vocational education, including interactive learning systems in the structure of vocational education in the Republic of Belarus.
