BSU will present more than 20 scientific and technical developments at the 29th International Exhibition of High Technologies and Innovations in the Scientific and Technical Sphere "HI-TECH'2023". It will be held from 18 to 20 April in St. Petersburg.
The BSU exposition will include the achievements of scientists and researchers of the university in the field of mechanical engineering and instrumentation, chemistry and medicine, food industry and biotechnology. For example, visitors will be introduced to the Antispike drug for the prevention of adhesion formation during surgical interventions on the abdominal organs. Also, the antitumor drugs Cisplatel and Prospidelong will continue the exhibit of therapeutic agents.
One of the exhibits will be the biological product "Korneplus". It is a stimulator of the root system of plants, increases their productivity and fruit quality. Fertilizer is suitable for application at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex and personal household plots. Compared with foreign analogues, the Belarusian product has high efficiency and low cost.
Among the novelties not previously presented is “Mobile power supply for charging supercapacitors and batteries of electric vehicles”. The advantage of the development is a reduction in the cost of electricity when charging electric vehicles and a lower cost in comparison with existing foreign analogues. For the first time, BSU scientists will show automated equipment for the continuous production of pre-insulated pipes from polyurethane foam. This is a modular design, which allows it to be installed at enterprises, taking into account their specifics. Equipment control is provided by a modern industrial computer with a touch screen.
Traditionally, within the framework of the exhibition, the contest "The Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Development of the Year" will be held, where BSU will present eight projects of various directions. It is held with the aim of enhancing the activities of enterprises in the field of innovative technologies, identifying promising projects and developments, as well as facilitating their promotion to the domestic and foreign markets.
