Pskov, November 13. Representatives of universities, research organizations, experts working with gifted children, specialists in correctional pedagogy, scientists and methodologists developing innovative pedagogical technologies in the field of inclusive education... In total, the forum brought together about 200 people and it will last till November 15.
In his welcoming speech to the participants, Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus Alexander Kadlubay noted: "I am confident that the forum's platforms will allow representatives of university science, government bodies and public organizations, practitioners of the two countries to discuss the strategy for training highly qualified specialists taking into account innovative developments, improving activities to provide equal access to education for individuals with special educational needs."
Forum "Union State: Inclusive Education. Centers and technology parks" is aimed at improving the organization of training for people with special educational needs and abilities, replicating the successful experience and best practices of educational organizations in Belarus and Russia in creating and ensuring an inclusive educational space.
Participants will enjoy a rich program prepared for them. A number of thematic sections, discussions and round tables will take place. It is planned to discuss issues of unification of state support measures for the formation of infrastructure for ensuring an inclusive educational process in Belarus and Russia, the possibilities of technology parks in the development of inclusive education in higher education, as well as in the development of innovative special technical means, software, information technologies.
Another important issue to be discussed is development of interregional network resources on inclusive education, as well as the specifics of organizing the educational process and teaching individual disciplines for people with special educational needs and abilities.
