Minsk, 9 October. Belarus begins the phased implementation of E-certificates for the results of the Centralized Examination and Centralized Testing.
The project aims to increase transparency, reliability, and ease of access and use of CE and CT results for applicants and higher learning institutions.
By the start of the 2026 admissions campaign, the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control shall implement the ability to view and download e-certificates directly from the "E-Queue for Submitting Documents for Admission to Higher Education Institutions" system. All certificates shall be certified with an electronic digital signature.
The introduction of e-certificates is an important step toward creating a unified digital educational environment, increasing trust in exam results, and simplifying the university admissions process. The Ministry of Education of Belarus and the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control are making every effort to ensure the reliability, confidentiality, and convenience of the new system for all participants in the educational process.
Following the pilot testing of CE and CT e-certificates, a full transition shall be made.
Important to know: One still has to provide the original paper certificate to the university when submitting documents.
