встреча Первого заместителя Министра образования Беларуси Александра Бахановича и заместителя Министра образования и подготовки кадров Социалистической Республики Вьетнам Нгуен Ван Фуком

Hanoi, 1 April. Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus Alexander Bakhanovich had talks with Deputy Minister of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Van Phuc. The talks were held in advance to the 16th meeting of the Belarus-Vietnam inter-parliamentary commission on trade and economic and scientific and technical cooperation.

The parties discussed the implementation of the Agreement between the Governments of both countries on cooperation in the field of education over the past three years. According to Alexander Bakhanovich, it is necessary to focus on further progressive expansion of inter-university cooperation in joint training of personnel, conducting scientific research and exchanging best practices in commercializing their results.

Currently, Belarusian universities are ready to develop cooperation with Vietnamese colleagues in such areas as developing joint educational programs in the field of biotechnology, information technology, biomechanics, and microbiology. They also see prospects in helping to train Vietnamese citizens in specialties at all levels of education (in English and Russian), including organizing short-term and long-term Russian language courses.

Of mutual interest is the development of joint scientific, scientific-technical and innovative projects in a wide range of areas. This also concerns participation in the competition held by the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research and the Vietnamese Academy of Sciences and Technologies. Particular attention will be paid to the preparation of joint scientific publications in leading journals of educational institutions of Belarus.

In 2025, the implementation of two joint research projects in the field of materials science and biology will be continued. They will be implemented at the level of BSUIR and the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, BarSU and the Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technologies.

Since February, the implementation of three joint research projects has begun in the field of optics and microelectronics, materials science, energy and ecology. BSU, BSUIR, BNTU and the Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technologies have joined this work.
