An intensive training program called “Neuro-Kitchen of Financial Technologies” kicked off in Minsk: Ministry of Education, in collaboration with Alfa-Bank and the Hi-Tech Park (HTP), is opening up new opportunities for mastering AI

On November 5–6, the IT Academy is hosting a two-day educational workshop titled “Neuro-Kitchen of Financial Technologies.” The event is organized as part of the national policy to implement artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and is a joint initiative involving the Ministry of Education of Belarus, Alfa-Bank, and the High Tech Park.

The intensive workshop is open to executives and specialists from banks, insurance and leasing companies, fintech startups, microfinance organizations, as well as faculty members from higher education institutions (BSU, BSEU, BSUIR, and BSTU). The program is primarily designed for professionals working in lending, risk management, marketing, or human resources. It is tailored for beginners—those with little to no prior experience using AI, or those who have used it only for personal rather than professional purposes.

A key feature of the event is its convenient, small-group format, which ensures that every participant has ample opportunity for hands-on work, knowledge sharing, and one-on-one consultations with leading experts from Alfa-Bank.

Participants can look forward to:

*   Real-world case studies from Alfa-Bank, showcasing the use of AI in customer service, risk management, and analytics.

*   Practical sessions: learning how to craft effective prompts and generate responses based on extracted data—specifically within the financial sector. This includes building AI agents using low-code/no-code environments, as well as applying AI to process customer feedback and support recruitment processes.

*   An analysis of risks and regulatory constraints: exploring the security and legal aspects of integrating AI into business processes, along with strategies to mitigate potential threats. * Official qualification confirmation: upon completion of the course, each participant will receive an E-certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Alfa-Bank CJSC, and the High Tech Park.

The intensive program combines the theoretical foundations of working with generative AI and the study of multi-agent systems with in-depth, hands-on training in tools that are already transforming the financial sector.

The Ministry of Education invites interested professionals and members of the academic community to take part in fostering an AI-oriented culture and mastering advanced digital competencies.
