Minsk, 4 February. In 2026 Belarus celebrates a significant data – 30 years since the establishment of the special presidential funds: on social support of gifted schoolchildren and students and special fund to provide support to talented young people. After 30 years of service the funds are now two important tools of state policy in education, science and youth policy. The funds have provided systematic support to thousands talented people all over the country.

Special thanks to teaching staff of general-secondary, vocational-technic and of higher education whose daily work, professionalism and commitment help find potential of gifted students and pupils. Thanks to their selfless work a new generation of Belarusian scientists, engineers, doctors and high-rank specialists gain knowledge right now.

To celebrate the jubilee data a VR photo exposition of about 20 photos with bright achievement examples of those who received support earlier. The exposition contains three blocks full of information.

"Timeline"

This chronological selection of photographs reflects the foundations' key stages of activity over a 30-year period: from the first scholarships and grants to today's comprehensive support programs for young talent.

"Path to Success"

Graduates of Belarusian universities who received support from the foundations during their student years share stories of their professional development. Today, they are leading scientists, laureates of state prizes, heads of scientific schools, and successful entrepreneurs making a significant contribution to the development of science and the country's economy.

"Scientific Laboratories of the Future"

The results of the activities of student research laboratories at universities from 2016 to 2025 are presented. Thanks to the foundations' targeted support aimed at strengthening their material and technical infrastructure, the laboratories are equipped with modern equipment. This allows students to implement ambitious research projects and prepare for work in high-tech industries.

The President of Belarus's special funds continue to provide tremendous support to our talented youth, creating the conditions for turning ideas into real achievements and strengthening the state's scientific and technical potential.
