From 2025, participants in the 2024-2025 CE and CT, by logging into their personal account on the website of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control, will be able to book a date and time to visit the admissions committees of universities to submit documents.
- The e-queue is designed to create more comfortable conditions for applicants when submitting documents, reducing the risk of queues both on the first and last days of work of the admissions committees of universities. It should be noted that all applicants will be able, as before, to submit documents to universities in a live queue, - said S. Pishchov.
According to him, in February-March, the participants of the centralized rehearsal exam will be able to familiarize themselves with the work of this system:
— After passing the TCE and creating personal accounts on the RIKC website, an electronic queue will be presented to applicants in a pilot mode, and 11th-graders will be able to try it out.
Information about the work of the electronic queue will also be available to participants of the third stage of rehearsal testing.
— It is planned that this system will be fully operational for all applicants a few days before the start of accepting documents to universities. At the same time, all participants of the CE and CT of this and last year will be able to use it. Young people will be able to choose any three universities, faculties and specialties in order of their own priority, where they plan to submit documents. This opportunity will be available 24 hours a day — explained the head of the Main Department of Professional Education.
Following the results, applicants will receive an SMS message from the RIKZ reading the selected university, specialty, date and time of submitting documents. The confirmation of the choice will be a coupon that the applicant can always download in his personal account on the RIKZ website.
- After registration, the necessary information will also be sent to the university chosen by the applicant to plan the work of the admissions committee, including to attract additional employees to accept documents and eliminate queues. This will reduce the time applicants spend in the admissions committee, - added S. Pishchev
