The 12th International Law Olympiad "Youth for Peace" was opened in Minsk

At the 26 of September in the International University "MITSO" the official opening of the 12th International Law Olympiad "Youth for Peace" was held. It is carried out as part of the United Nations global initiative "Academic Influence", which brings together higher education institutions with the UN in order to actively support the ten universally recognized principles relating to human rights, literacy, sustainable development and conflict resolution.

The main goal of the Olympics is to spread among the youth the ideas of tolerance and conduct of intercultural dialogue, to demonstrate the importance of peaceful coexistence of nations. In 2015, the Olympics was included by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country in the list of prestigious competitions in the field of international law.

Let us recall: this year students and experts in the field of international law from 7 countries: Great Britain, Moldova, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus take part in the International Law Olympiad "Youth for Peace".
